Yogyakarta became the final location in the series of Cek Segitiga events, a free health screening and consultation program organized by PT Dexa Medica through Dharma Dexa in 2024. Previously, Cek Segitiga had been held in Jakarta, South Tangerang, Palembang, Surabaya, and Bandung.

“Thank you to all who have participated. Dexa Medica remains committed to contributing to public health in Indonesia,” stated the President Director of PT Dexa Medica, Mr V. Hery Sutanto, following the completion of the Cek Segitiga series on Thursday (26/12/2024).

The Cek Segitiga events in six cities attracted more than 3,000 participants, exceeding the initial target of 2,000. According to Mr. Hery, this initiative aligns with the government’s program.

“The Cek Segitiga program also aligns with one of the government’s Quick Win programs, which is free health screening,” added Mr. Hery.

Corporate Affairs Director of Dexa Group, Mr. Tarcisius T. Randy, emphasized that the Cek Segitiga program reflects the company’s core values. “We are realizing our company’s Core Value, Deal with Care, which also means caring for others. Additionally, this program aligns with Dexa Group’s Core Purpose: Expertise for the Promotion of Health,” said Mr. Tarcisius.

Meanwhile, the Sales Director of OGB-Zeta PT Dexa Medica, Mr. Jopie Johansyah, stated that the public showed great enthusiasm for this program. In addition to free health check-ups, Cek Segitiga also featured health experts who provided free consultations and health education.

“The public was very enthusiastic about participating in Cek Segitiga, which Dexa Medica organized. This shows that people are becoming more aware of the importance of health screenings in preventing chronic diseases,” said Mr. Jopie.

Yogyakarta Residents Enthusiastically Participate in Cek Segitiga

The Cek Segitiga event at Alun-Alun Kidul Yogyakarta took place on Sunday (15/12) and was attended by 684 participants from Yogyakarta and surrounding areas.

Senior Product Manager of OGB PT Dexa Medica, Mr. Franciscus Timur Joewi Angkoso, mentioned that Cek Segitiga Yogyakarta collaborated with Ludira Husada Tama Hospital and Bethesda Hospital. Doctors from both hospitals provided free health consultations to participants who had undergone cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar checks.

A Ludira Husada Tama Hospital Yogyakarta General Practitioner, Dr Reza Setyono Ashari, highlighted the importance of regular health check-ups as an early detection step for disease risks.

“Health check-ups like these are crucial for understanding the body’s condition early on. With early detection, we can identify potential risk factors and take preventive measures sooner,” said Dr. Reza.

A similar statement was made by Dr Praptana, a General Practitioner from Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta, who emphasized that raising public awareness about regular health check-ups is one of the best preventive measures for long-term health.

“Routine check-ups provide a clear picture of our body’s condition, and if any concerning symptoms arise, they can be addressed immediately,” added Dr Praptana.

The Cek Segitiga program is part of PT Dexa Medica’s ongoing efforts to support public health awareness in Indonesia. By providing free screenings and direct access to medical professionals, PT Dexa Medica hopes to encourage people to be more proactive in maintaining their health.
